Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for purchases made through Partner Losing Interest, including subscriptions, one-time purchases, and billing-related issues.

Effective date: [Month Day, Year]
Last updated: [Month Day, Year]

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Partner Losing Interest, including one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions.

It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. General Refund Rule

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, charges are generally non-refundable once processed.

Because access to digital content, reports, assessments, or subscription features may be provided immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that some purchases may not be eligible for refund simply because you changed your mind, decided not to use the service, or forgot to cancel before a renewal date.

3. When Refunds May Be Considered

We may review refund requests in situations such as:

  • duplicate charges
  • incorrect billing amount
  • unauthorized transaction, subject to verification
  • technical failure that prevented access to core paid features within a reasonable time after purchase
  • other situations where a refund is required by applicable law

Any refund decision is made based on the facts of the specific case, the purchase history, technical verification where relevant, and any legal obligations that apply.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Unless required by law, refunds are generally not available for:

  • unused subscription time after cancellation
  • failure to cancel before a renewal date
  • change of mind after purchase
  • dissatisfaction based solely on personal interpretation of results
  • partial use of a billing period
  • promotional or discounted purchases where stated as final

5. Subscription Cancellation and Billing

5.1 Auto-Renewal

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

5.2 Cancellation Timing

If you cancel, your subscription will generally remain active until the end of the current paid billing period, and future renewals will stop.

5.3 No Partial Refunds

Unless required by law, we do not provide partial refunds or credits for unused time remaining in a billing period after cancellation.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or billing review, contact us using the support email listed in Section 10 and include, where possible:

  • the email address used for the purchase
  • the date of the charge
  • the amount charged
  • the reason for the request
  • any relevant supporting details

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. We may ask for additional information before making a decision.

7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, or payment providers after the refund has been initiated.

Currency conversion differences, foreign transaction fees, or bank charges applied by your financial institution may not be refundable.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, we encourage you to contact us first so we can review the issue.

If a chargeback is filed, we may provide relevant transaction, subscription, account access, or cancellation records to the payment processor or financial institution handling the dispute.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

The version in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law.
